I Just made a small part of a tree, a big part of my home! :)

Trees are a big deal for me and a large DIY clock made with a wooden disc was on my wish list since long. So when I found this teardrop shaped (unlike the usual perfect round ones) rustic looking wood slice, I decided to finally make one!

Here are some making pictures… :)

Drilling the hole to fix the clock mechanism onto the wood disc…

A slice of a tree that once stood somewhere in Texas is gracing a wall of my house now…and showing the perfect time too…sweet or not? :)
