It was a particularly cold day in early February last year. Coronavirus was still just something that happened in China, but I was not in the best of spirits. I had my own gloominess before it got blended with the whole world’s. I was cheerlessly making rounds of the periphery of the community garden. The garden was like any garden is at the peak of the winter – empty and barren. The trees were all brown and the sky, grey and cloudy. The world outside was perfectly reflecting the one inside me…Read the story behind the art

Some moments are meant to be felt and that’s all. And remembered forever by that mere feeling.
Loved the story and the motivating thoughts behind them. Quite deeply philosophical.

G,
I always enjoy these freebies, and look forward to the first of the month for a lovely surprise. Not only the monthly designs are great, but your stories behind them are my favorite! It’s always nice to know the story behind a drawing. This one in particular stood out to me so much because it connected with me! This winter was a bit gloomy, and looking at my dead garden was just not helping. Until my first little daffodil came in to wake up and be the first riser of what is yet to come! Thank you so much for your generosity and your talent in these monthly designs! You’re very much appreciated!

Thanks a lot for these heart-warming words Jessye!🤗
It feels great to know that along with my art, you enjoy the stories behind them too. Actually, whenever I myself see a beautiful piece of art, it makes me curious about what must have moved the artist’s heart to chose a particular subject…to me, that moment of inspiration is powerful, that’s why I share mine, whenever I can. I am really really happy to hear that you enjoy that part so much! 😊
About your experience this winter, oh my, that is just incredible, what a coincidence! Yes, nature can always make us smile in one way or another if we are attentive enough…🌼🌿
Coming across beautiful minds like you makes all my work worthwhile Jessye, you are always welcome! Have an awesome month ahead! ♥️
