As I was strolling through now almost leafless, withered, late autumn trees, I thanked heavens for a lush green popping up somewhere amongst all that brown. I was assured too, that it will not go away, no matter how cold the air gets.
Can you even imagine our landscapes without these resilient friends of winter, Pines? :)
